Download Twitter (X) videos and photos
Postgrab saves videos, photos, and GIFs from public posts on X, formerly Twitter. Paste the link, pick the quality, and keep the MP4 on your phone or computer. No X account and no browser extension.
Each file is created at that moment and deleted from the server after 24 hours. A private account, a protected post, or a post with no media has nothing to download.

Frequently asked questions
Can I download videos from a private Twitter account?
No. Only public posts work. A private account or a protected post cannot be read.
Does the video download as MP4?
Yes. The video is saved as MP4, at the quality on the post. Photos come out at the original size, and GIFs stay GIFs.
Do I need an X account or a Postgrab account?
No. You can search and download without an account. A Postgrab account only keeps your post history on this site.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes, in the browser. On iPhone, Safari puts the file in Downloads. On Android it goes to the Downloads folder. A ZIP opens in Files; for the gallery, save each file on its own.
Does Postgrab keep the videos?
We do not run a video library. The temporary file comes from the X CDN and is deleted from the server after 24 hours. On your device it stays wherever the browser saved it.
Is there a download limit?
There is a cap per hour and per day so the site stays fast. The page shows how many you have left. An account has a higher cap.
Do twitter.com and x.com links both work?
Yes. X and Twitter are the same service. The link has to be a post, for example https://x.com/user/status/1234567890. A profile without a post is not enough.
